- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Visited the wonderful Club Cigar Store today to purchase some snacks and lotto tickets. Asked the cashier (owner I presume) to split my purchases in two as I wanted to get reimbursed for the snacks from work and pay for my own lotto. Asked for a receipt after the second purchase for the snacks. Nope. Sorry, no can do. Also, I do not normally allow purchases of lotto on credit. What the.....? Isn't a receipt MANDATORY for all purchases? Owner is such a piece of work. Avoid if possible as the guy is a straight up bitter old man.By Christopher Dunlap, July 05, 2017
