- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I recently moved to the city and was un-aware that this place even existed. I needed to get some balloons so I went to the dollar store but they didn't have what I was looking for and couldn't make a bouquet. I phoned a friend and she told me there was a Party Store by the Safeway on the Northside. I went there but they apparently had gone out of business a long time ago. So defeated I made my way back south to go to the Dollarama and was driving down 13st when I spot a lime green building with an awning that said "Party Central" I stopped, went in, and I was flabbergasted. The store is huge and is brimming with awesome stuff. Being from Medicine Hat I had no idea that stores this awesome even existed. I ended up chatting with the girl about some balloons and she made me the most amazing bouquet. I'm glad to see someone so passionate about their job that they make you feel like a friend when you stop by. I will be back time and time again to see the folks here because they made my Nana so happy with the bouquet of balloons! Thanks Party Central.By A Google User, August 22, 2016
