  Waiting for 15 minutes after making my order. They need to be better organised in multiple ways. You want 15 dollars an hour, earn it or go to school. Terrible

  Staff is great, coffee's and drinks always well prepared. Donuts and bagels not great but because of corporate policies and the individual store. Lots of pre-prepared foods that the stores only cook. Otherwise, my favorite timmy's in lethbridge.

  Their tea is cheap, their doughnuts are premade, partially edible sponges, and their food is bad and has been getting worse for the past decade. Awful. How this is "quintessentially Canadian" is fully beyond me.

  Often busy as it is in the downtown area, but usually quite quick. They didn't have birthday cake timbits as early as some other locations, but they have them now. Great location too, on they way to or from downtown.
